wow.. i have followed you since the beginning, and it is so official now, you are a mama. this might be the last blog post i ever read (well, i mean sabrina's where i got the news) because seriously, i'm good now. jaymee has a baby and i'm good.

hope your first week of motherhood is going smoothly and beautifully and that you are overcome with joy every single second. if you arent, welcome to the club of all new moms! im not writing anything you dont know but want to reiterate to you that motherhood is messy. getting to it, going through it, all of it. Tom is blessed to have you has his mother. and i know in my heart that one day he will be so grateful and amazed for all that you did to bring him into existence. just like all of your readers, friends and family!

I first found BumpFairy's blog and read the entire things, getting all weepy when I read the birth story of your son. So of course I had to come over and read your blog too! It was such a blessing to get to read the experience from both of your point of views. Yours is the first blog I have found from an IP's point of view. I have just started down this road myself and it's very exciting and heartwarming to think that sometime in my future I too will have my surrogate hand me my little baby. Thank you so much for your honesty, and I hope you update soon!
